High School ASP Information

Our week at ASP will be July 18-24, 2010! We won't know until April where we are going, so we may be leaving on July 17 and getting back on July 26. In the meantime, there are a few important dates you need to know.

Sunday December 20 - Participation Covenant and $50 must be turned in to the church office in order to reserve your spot on the trip

Sunday February 21 - $75 must be turned in to the church office

Hanging of the Greens

It's that time again...

Advent is coming and we're getting the church ready. This Sunday (November 22) join us for a potluck after second service at noon. After lunch we'll get the church all festive - decorating trees, putting up wreaths, etc. Someone especially daring is needed to get on the 30 foot ladder to put the wreath over the choir loft.

We'll be doing Hanging of the Greens instead of meeting for UMYF at our regular time. UMYF won't meet on November 27 either, so take that time to hang out with your family and eat turkey sandwiches. We'll be back to our regular schedule starting on December 6.

High School UMYF Sunday meetings

High school UMYF will begin meeting on Sunday nights from 6:30-8:00 starting Sunday November 15.

High School Mission Trip Dates!

Our Summer 2010 high school mission trip will take place during the week of July 18, 2010! We will be doing ASP (Appalachia Service Project) again this year. No word yet on the county in Appalachia where we will be going, but that information will be coming soon! In the meantime, if you would like to come on the trip as a youth or as an adult chaperone, or if you would like more information about the trip, please email Sarah.
